JOINT VENTURE  This type of venture is for those who want "hands-off" ownership, but also receive a HIGH RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT.  Clients interested in long-term joint venture investments (you will act as a silent partner) can expect to share the profits 50/50. Profits include the difference between purchase price and sale price as well as the equity that gets built up over the duration of the investment. The length of the term that your money is invested is something we can discuss at the time of interview. This option are for those looking for a "hands-free" investment

• Investor Profile: Needs a higher rate of return on their investments. Realizes higher potential gains in real estate, but does not have the time or expertise to follow thru. Viewed as a Passive Investment

• Financial Commitment: Varied, $20k to $2 million

• Financial Gain: 50% of all investments, assets, and equity of the property.

• Term: Variable, 1-10 years

RRSP INVESTMENTS  Our RRSP investing opportunities are incredible. You can "own" real estate using your RRSP and receive the same TAX ADVANTAGES as in any RRSP plan. Like the joint venture program, it is a "hands-off" investment as well. Perfect for those that want the security of property ownership and for those looking for tax deductions as well.
